1. Independent Service Provider Status

Smart Tech Refrigeration is an independent, third-party service provider based in Ranchi. We are not an authorized service center for any specific brand or manufacturer. We operate independently to provide repair solutions for various household appliances based on our technical expertise.

2. Service Booking and Inspection

• By booking a service, you authorize our technicians to visit your premises for appliance inspection and diagnosis.
• A standard inspection/visiting fee applies to all home visits. This fee covers the technician's time and travel to diagnose the issue.
• Final repair costs will be provided as an estimate after the physical inspection. Work will only commence upon your verbal or written approval of the estimate.

3. Warranty and Replacement Parts

We use high-quality spare parts for all repairs. Any warranty provided is strictly limited to the specific part replaced and the labor performed during that specific service call. Warranty periods (if any) will be mentioned clearly on your service invoice at the time of completion.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Smart Tech Refrigeration is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or internal wear and tear found during the repair process.
• Loss of use of the appliance or any consequential damages (such as spoiled food or temperature discomfort) during the repair period.
• Delays caused by the unavailability of specific spare parts in the local Ranchi market.

5. Payments and Cancellations

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. We accept cash and common digital payment methods. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.

6. Transparency and Advertising

We maintain a policy of complete transparency. We do not use deceptive headers or claim official brand affiliations. Our website is designed to provide honest information about our independent repair services to the residents of Ranchi.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand.
